The 42nd Annual St. John’s River Catfish Festival Catfish Festival!

APRIL 6, 2024 Crescent City, Florida

Presented by the Rotary Club of Crescent City the Florida Catfish Festival is hosted at Eva Lyon Park the first Saturday of April in downtown Crescent City. This event has been a Crescent City tradition since 1978. And though Catfish is the main attraction of this festival it is filled with activities the whole family will enjoy. Everything from live music. There will be plenty of vendors on hand with unique arts and crafts in addition to all kinds of delicious food to satisfy whatever craving you might have. Including any hankering you might have for swamp cabbage. Hmmm…good?

"Nothin's More Fun Than A Catfish Festival!"

The festival is more than catfish dinners (although the catfish fingerlings and filet sandwiches are a good reason to come). There is live music entertainment Friday night and all day Saturday; games for the kids; arts and crafts vendors; and a parade. If catfish is not your thing, we have burgers, hotdogs, chicken fingers, fresh strawberry shortcake, and even frog legs and swamp cabbage!
